Laia Santamaria Borràs

Lawyer

Laia has a double degree in Law and Management Business from the University of Valencia.

She is currently a lawyer in exercise, she belongs to the Lawyer's Bar Association of Alcoi, she is a member of the Legal Aid of Alcoy, and is part of the Legal Advice Service offered by the Bar Association of Alcoy.

Mediator formed by the ProMediacion School in Alicante and the Bar Association of Alcoy, conducts the mediation practice especially in the area of Family Law and Inheritance.

Nowadays, she is the Legal Advisor of the Association against Gender and Family Violence of Alcoy (Acovifa), she provides legal advice and guidance to victims and their families.

Since her beginnings, she has had an abiding interest in lifelong learning as a lawyer, attending for it to numerous training courses and specialization offered by the Valencian Council of Bar Associations, the General Council of the Judiciary and the General Council of Spanish Lawyers, at its headquarters in Madrid and Barcelona.

Specialized lawyer in issues of civil, criminal and labor law, she is part of the Ethics Committee of the Virgen de los Lirios of Alcoy Hospital, providing the ethical-legal view of the protocols and research.

Her mastery of four languages: English, German, Spanish and Valencian, provides access to the client, as their multilingual training in the field of law our firm provides personal and direct relationship with customers from different countries of Europe.

The philosophy of our firm is to eliminate borders and connecting the Spanish and European legal world to the user.

Her extensive theoretical knowledge in the latest Spanish legislation and her practical experience in the practice of law allow her to manage and advise our clients in an efficient manner.
